Prior to your initial consultation, we verify insurance benefits to the best of our ability. Please know that most private insurance carriers, including Medicare, will not pre-authorize or guarantee payment for any service or procedure.
Our standard billing procedure is to submit your claims with medical documentation supporting medical necessity. Only then do most carriers review and determine if they will pay for the services that have been provided to you.
We encourage you to contact your insurance plan to confirm if your treatment will be covered. We also encourage you to contact our Center (562) 424-9000 to discuss evaluation and treatment costs in the event that your insurance plan does not pay.
